Missed feedbacks via ebay updates!!!!

As a seller, I am getting a bit tired of losing out on feedbacks via ebays updates... I have mailed ebay and asked them to do a re-count on my feedbacks and... they mailed me stating that they are correct, when I am pretty sure they aren't.

Like over the past couple of days I have recieved a few feedbacks which took me to '69' I then had another yesterday T-time and it should have clicked over to '70' but it still hasn't.... I really don't want to seem petty about it....

I take it that I cannot be the only one that this happens to?

would like to hear from you please?

I got 24 feedbacks the other day it only increased me from 401 to 404 now how can that be right?

I noticed that if you buy 10 items from a seller it only counts as one feedback

due remember that "live help" are located at their own houses using their own computers. They are not trained well and most often give their "opinion" to the problem. So it's best to go directly to trust and safety for problems.

you do know that if a return buyer buys from you , or you sell multiple items to a buyer you only get one feedback...right...i had that happen to me once, i did not remember the buyer, went searching and found them..

24 feedbacks and only got 3!
so, 21 missing feedbacks... I think that's terrible, what is going on and what can we do about it ?

maybe we should open a blog spot for everyone to sign about this and forward it to ebay... afterall it is us that is paying them and we rely on our feedback for trader confidence.

would like to hear from somemore as I am happy to even send this post to ebay when done!

hi martino, yeah I have read that... but a seperate sale should be different.. I mean they have chose to come back and if they are happy to return again and again then this should be evident for others to see!! am I right?

a seperate sale even a year latter makes no difference..the seller id is the same no feedback is shown, did you internal number go up (total#) ??

Oh I haven't noticed... sorry,

It really is not on though is it... this is what's happend then .. the feedback I am awaiting, seems I will not get as this customer is a returning customer who last bought from me on the 18th Dec.

Feedback from repeat customers do not count towards your score. If you look below your feedback number, you'll see the total feedback number.

Hi there, I have the same problem, can only think if someone buys more than 1 item from you ebay only list as one! like today I have bought 4 items from the same seller and only 1 came up. shouldn't be like that really.
