They do not charge for sending or receiving payments.  If you want to withdraw money you may either transfer it to your bank account which is free or request a paper check which cost $2.50.
 
     Refer family and friends and receive $10 up to $500 per year.  The money from referrers will be in your account the next day.  Revolution Money sends you an email when your referrer signs up.  Make sure you click ACCEPT to receive the money.
