I am seeing a lot of blogger who sell soap!  I am wondering if you ever made Lilac Soap or Lotion!!  I never see them anywhere but if it is out there, I will buy them!  I love Lilac and it is my favorite flowers.  I missed it when I live in Rochester, NY which is famous for Lilac Festival. I missed the spring time when I go outside and smell the Lilac in the air.  So anybody know of Lilac soap or Lotion or can they be made?

Biggest debate is who should leave feedback first.  I used to leave feedback first as soon as I shipped it.  I wanted to do it and felt it was right thing to do, until I started getting negative saying that she didn't get her shipment after 6 business days (she was newbies), shipping was too high and didn't matter that I only made $2.00 on it, so someone who try to scam me by taking money from paypal after 4 days and it was already shipped.  There are people who will say not get their items and surprised to find that it was all perfume that I have send.  I been scammed before when someone brought 9 perfumes and made claim to paypal and suddenly no longer a ebay member.  I gotten negative from someone who claimed she didn't get anything and deliver confirmation said it was deliver.  She said she received an empty package which contain 3 perfumes but it said deliver.  The 3 negative I got from her was not deserve especially when she contact me over 1 month when the package was deliver to complain it was empty.  Why didn't she open it up when she first received it and email me.  This doesn't sound honest to me.  I didn't know what to do by then and wonder how do I protect myself so I contact ebay and their advice to me was to leave feedback after buyer leave feedback because they are scammer out there.  So I set up a rule about feedback.  If I get a negative and it was really my fault, do not leave a negative.  If I get a neutral, and it is my fault do not leave negative or neutral. 

But if I get negative or neutral about shipping costs, shipping took too long when I got it out within 4 business days, saying not received their items when deliver confirmation said deliver, or if someone just want to be rude and use vulgar language and leave negative feedback just because they feel like it is not going to get a positive feedback from me.  Noone should have to put up with abuse that some buyer will do.  I get horrible email from them.  My last one was because she told me I was wrong about business days and I talked to people about it and told me that I was right not her.  She was upset cuz she pay Friday and I shipped it Tuesday morning and she said it should have been shipped on Monday.  And then to have dozens of email telling me how horrible I am.  Some people actually enjoyed doing this and I do not know why. 

Also, you have to deal with controlling buyer. One time, I was behind cuz I got sick but my policy is when I do not get their items out, they get a free gift.  That week, I gave out a lot of free gifts and this buyer email me and I told her it is already packaged and will be shipped out tomorrow and you are getting a free gift.  She asked if it I will shipped it priority even though she not pay for it.  I thought that was a fair request because I was late.  The next day, I notify her that it been shipped and going thru priority and suddenly she email me one after another saying how horrible and that I am getting a negative feedback.  She waited until I shipped it priority which she didn't pay for and trapped me.  Then she said in the feedback that the lid was crack when it was new and sealed.  I went thru tradesquare and said does not want to replace cuz she can still use it.  I check her feedback and she made same complaint to someone that it was broken or crack.  Does this sound like a honest buyer????  I do have refund policy.  I cannot tell you some of the people will do and I was shocked to find how many dishonest ebayer out there.  I just want to sell to honest buyer and to communicate. 

I have see some horrible feedback left to buyer too.  I hate to see seller leaving negative because buyer asked for a feedback.  That person is a jerk.  I have no problem with buyer asking me to leave feedback.  I may be busy and I tend to leave feedback every other night but they didn't deserve a negative for it. I have see many unfair negative that was left by seller and so far I been lucky that I have not been scam by seller. 

Another thing that seller can do and it is honest.  Always send email to notify that their items have been shipped even if you were late.  If I was late, I always tell them sorry and tell them that a free gift have been added.  Buyer appreciate seller being honest.  They can be very understanding and enjoyed getting free gift too!

What is the deaf couple name??? I from Orlando, FL, actually Winter Springs.  I wonder if I know them.  I am still looking for teaching job but it doesn't look like it this school year but hopefully next year.  I am going to apply at National Deaf Academy tomorrow.  They need science teacher but they might not hired me cuz they really want someone with master degree in deaf education but need summer job so thinking of doing different position there.

I got some questions in how to handle.  I am not good when someone is angry.  I know as one of your advice is to wait but what if she is still raving in the blog!!  I know we all need to cool down from panic mode!!  But I never experience what is happening now with one of the blogger.  You can check my other blog.  She still saying things.  If I say something, she say something worse.  Now she said, ""I had several windows opening and doing many things at once". So we were reporting, you were writing your guide. We got it."  How can I make her understand that it was like about 7 minutes total in about 1 1/2 hours (total about 2 hours as I walk away for 30 mins)  I was working on reporting it.  Why do people feel they need to keep saying it and make you feel more down?

I just don't understand why and not understanding. I wish she would drop it!  Is there anyway to block until she calm down??? 

I got a lot to learn about the real world.  Being deaf protect me from those thing but when it come up, I don't know what to do or how to defend myself.  And sometime, I just don't understand why people say that over and over when I didn't feel like I did wrong. 

I know I need to breathe, and calm down.  But just want to know how to handle the remark I still get.  I got a new one since I wrote the feeling down part 1!

And if you (you know who you are) reading this as I know you read that I am feeling down!  Please stop this raving.  I know you are upset! I am sorry that you feel like this but realize I was reporting and did not spend 1 1/2 hours writing a review.  Everyone do things differently in how they organize their thought and how they work.  I worked better with different windows opening and flipping as I go and HONESTLY I only went to write one or 2 lines at a time as thought came to me in 1 1/2 hours (actually 2hours if you count stepping away). I did it because my heart wanted to warn people and I didn't want them to be a victim.  My heart was in right place.  I know you disagree, and it okay to disagree but please stop saying thing on blog about it. 

This not been a good day for me.  I just made an enemy on blog without meaning to!!  I did something that upset her and it was not my intention.  I was just trying to help another ebayer when her account was hijacked!!!  I worked on it for about 1 1/2 hours reporting, letting other blog fellow know about it so they can report too.  I was in contact with the seller and I managed to contact some of the bidder to let them know not to pay cuz it been hijacked.  I could have done more but ebay put stop to it.  I think you can only do certain limit of it.  As I was reporting each one, I saw some clue I never saw, so I opened another window to write guide.  I went back and forth and it took like less than 1 minute to type one line.  I have a lot on my mind so when thought come, I wanted to type it right away and then go back later.  I can forget when there a lot going on in my life.  The last one I posted on blog as another blog recommend me to keep posting it again and again as she had the direction and better suggestion then me.  I did that as soon as I see it go out of the blog "window", I did another one. 

 I was reporting, posting blog, responsing, review when saw some clue, contacting with seller and the bidder too.  I did all that in about 1 1/2 hours and I kept thinking, Wow, I am so thankful for all who help me last week when I was hijacked.  This was not easy work & my back was killing me but I didn't stop cuz I know how she feel.  Also, I wanted to warn buyer in how to know it was fraud listing.  I knew once that listing is gone, I will not see some of clue or remember as clearly as that time.  I felt buyer needed to be protected cuz it wasn't just seller who was a victim but the buyer too.  I didn't want them to lose about $2,000 as some auction was going.  It just happen after reading the last blog message, my niece wanted my attention and she needed me.  I cannot type & do something on computer and niece at the same time.  Hearing people can have them in lap and talk to them by listening while typing.  I cannot!  I must look at her face to read lip in what she want and 2 years old are not easy to read lip.  I miss the next message by 5 minutes.  I didn't realize I was gone about 30 minutes but according to the last one I read and what I post again after I came back was about 30 minutes.  Time flew by but I didn't forget.  I had all the windows open to keep checking. 

Now one of the blogger is upset at me and she wrote, "I reported over 100 listings for this "begging" person just so she could get review exposure. I'm a little upset right now."  I am really sorry that I upset her.  I didn't know I was going to walk away and I really felt I needed to write a review to warn buyer in how to know if fraud auction.  I started it and I submitted it 1 1/2 hours later.  I added as I go and it only took less than 1 minute to add one lines as I saw something.  I didn't do it for exposure.  I did it to warn someone.  I was a victim myself last week.  I remember how it feel and it does not feel good.  I was thinking what if the buyer pay for it and lose their money.  They needed to be warn and to know if it is a fraud auction.  I was feeling for the buyer who may lose their money.  I wanted to help.  I did tell them I wrote the review so that they can look at it and give me advice and I was shocked to hear that I upset someone.  Now she still posting some comment and her mind is stuck on my review cuz I posted that we did it!!!!  We help her and all the auction had been remove.  She ending up posting that I did it and not we because I was the one that did the review.  It had nothing to do with the review.  It had to do that we all help to report it. 

I also upset my sister cuz I was paying attention to the blog after one blogger was upset and not listening to her.  I can please anybody but I feel like when someone is upset, they have to say thing in post.  I don't understand that.  It is not about revenge and also people have different opinion.  I didn't see anything wrong in what I did but someone did and I will respect that but need to give it up.  Just say it once and that should be enough! Also, things can happen without knowing it will happen like I stepped away for about 30 minute cuz of my niece.

So feeling down and I just can't believe I jump in to help someone and get everyone involve and thinking wow I am so thankful for the blogger to helping me cuz this is a lot of work and suddenly then someone upset and so far my last 3 blog she said something.

I have been on computer before I even did the blog reporting and needed the help.  I enter first time at 10:52.  I kept reporting all and send new blog when I see it went out the blog "windows.  The last one was send as Selling's suggestion to keep reporting the step and it was send at 12:01 and I did read all the way up to yellowwrapper at 12:14.  I miss the rest of it by 5 minutes when other post came up.  My niece wanted my attention at the time and I was writing guide as I was doing and things come to my mind.  I am a fast typer and I can easily lose my thought if I don't type it.  I did not type it in one sitting.  I had it open in another window and added it and it take no more than 30 sec. to do one lines.  It was never my intention to get exposure.  I wanted to let the buyer know about it.  I wanted it out fast!!!  I even contact some of the bidder to let them know about the account and help them thru the process to retract the bid. 

I was seeing clues in how to know if it was hijacked and I felt it was my duty to warn and to do it quick.  I do not want it happen to buyer to buy something and pay and find that it was hijacked account and lost their money especially if it was $2.000.  I wanted to stop it.  At first before niece came, I was reporting, letting people know,  contacting the seller, contacting the bidder and add something to guide when something came to me.  I asked you to see the review only because I need a critic and give me advice if it is fine or add something. 

Also, please realize that I cannot type on computer and be with niece at the same time.  I know hearing people can do it but I can't as a deaf person.  I need my eyes on something else but my thought was on it.  I have several windows open to different area trying to keep eyes on it.  I did step away from the computer for about 30 mintues.  It didn't seem that long but the times it show on computer was about 30 minutes.  I am sorry that I upset other about it.  I wanted to do many things at once.  I wanted to stop the fraud auction, and warn buyer.  I didn't know that I will step away.  Once again, it was never my intention to get exposure, I wanted to warn as quick as possible!!!  I cannot hold my thinking and I just did several things at once.  We can help by reporting but it also help to educate buyer about the account.

Mutley0 which you will see in group blog have her account hijacked.  She need all of to report to ebay.  If you click on each listing, there on the bottom is to report to security.  Just pick which one you think is best one.  I did Listing Violation policy, then inapprocaite link and credit, and then choose one of the list which is I pick list to solict user and password. There no perfect way but I choose this cuz I can do 10 items numbers and send. Just put in her user name and you will see it.  If you are still confuse, read my guide.  This happen to me and fellow blog had reported all my 258 auctions that is not mine! You can help! I am reporting them all but if more people report, ebay will be alert.

For a minute, I thought I wasn't going to get it when someone else bid on it!!!  Whew!!  Maybe didn't have enough time as I bid it right on 2 minutes.  And someone started to bid over me at 30 sec.  Whew!!!

I am going to bed very soon!!!  I went to the day care as a special deaf guest to the kids.  They were so excited to speak a deaf person and to sign stories to them.  I went yesterday and today.  They got to see me signed Goldenlock & 3 bears and Little Red Riding Hood.  I did this about dozen times as I visited each class even the babies get ASL class!!!  My friend is an ASL teacher there!!!

One time, I was listing my items on auction and later I went to look at my auction to see how it look.  I was shocked to see that I accidently put the shipping & handling as $495.00 instead of $4.95.  I quickly changed it!!!  Anything ever happen that you made a mistake in your listing??
