This week is orientation. I was allow to go and work before the orientation. But not the MHT and few other field because must be train. Orientation is 6 days and all day. The first day which is Monday which the first thing you do is fill out the info and fill out background check and your police deparment with address as they will call your local police to see nothing is reportable about you.
Yesterday, they got the result and found out there was a child molester in the group. So the head of human resources, went quietly call him out and directed him off the campus and call the police!!!
If you at a position where kids are involve, be sure your company do background check. My church requires background check for the Sunday School teacher!!!! I had to fill one out just to be sure I am not one.
