      sorry to be a pain but could i please have a full refund on the cherrished teddies you sent me as they are not originals and i only collect the real thing. they do not have a cerificate with them and they do not have their number on the feet to say what number they are for example 001 of 1000

 

so if you could confirm that you are refunding the money i will confirm when i have posted back the items

I don't know what it mean by original as Avon is the only one that sell it and I happened to know that there is no certtificate and they do not have numbers on it as it is not limited edition.  I am not expert on Cherished Teddies but I know other buyer told me that Avon don't always have certificate when I told her where it came from and she like, "Oh, then it is fine and it is real cuz she said she collect them from them." and this is the first time I heard of number on the feet. 

 

I did email her and said that they are real and it never came with certificate and if she want me to refund her, I will not be refunding the shipping and handling as it was $16.10 to ship it.  I have lost money big time.  She got a good deal on it.
