I am sooo glad it is Friday!!!

I got an eamil from Italy about one of my Barbie.  But I am not sure aboiut one sentence and wonder if you know what she talking about.  I know that sometimes it hard to translate or they use different wording.  Most of the times, I can figure it out.  I know one is about taxes so I am going to assume custom tax but there is another one.  I will type it up since I can't copy and paste on this laptop.

Hi! I would like to know if Barbie and Ken have ever been removed by the box, if it has ever been open and if there is guarantee in to the inside... Can there be, besides, additional taxes in the trip? Thanks thousand! Good-Bye.

I don't understand the guarantee and also will there be taxes on Barbies?????

hello there about the taxes is refering to shipping taxes if he or she has to pay extra in taxes to get the barbie into the country and about the guarantee is refering if in case they broke any way to be replaced. Thats what I understand.

Break it down as specific as you can for the shipping and the custom tax, then they won't have any suprises.... and I also do not really get the question about the guarantee......once I had a buyer from Japan and we emailed back and forth a bit because I could not understand the question, but they asked it again a bit different and then I got it, it does make you feel funny sometimes....
