They are bidding on 8 of your items. It would be expensive to ship all those to Australia. This person has a history of leaving negative feedback over shipping costs. This could set you up to receive 8 negatives (though only one will officially count). Still it will look ugly.

This is the record of the neutrals and negs they have left for other people:

46 Negative
36 Neutral
4 Withdrawn
86 Total

I would remove their bids and block them.

You also need to tighten up your TOS. This is what you currently state in your auctions:

"Seller's payment instructions

It is the highest shipping and than $1.50 per auction you win. International - Email me for discount."

The first sentence is difficult to understand. The second sentence makes it sound like you charge less for international than you do for domestic shipping.

I have done international on some of my items and yes you can get insurance, also consider a delivered signature and tell the buyer the exact postage and ask them to confirm desire to purchase. also include approximate shipping. They could live in a rural area of Australia.
But you may want to repost this question to get more feedback I think you could cancel the bid.
How do you have your preferences set. I have mine set so this buyer could not of bid on my item. Check your preference setting

I am thinking of removing bids and block. It just make me uncomfortable for that much and how big the items. It will be an huge box and never email to ask about shipping cost. Plus the feedback.

What do you mean by preferences and not able to bid.

The seller's payment instruction, I have it double space in between and the only reason, I have International email me because there is a big differences in price by certain oz. It is not cheaper!

I ship internationally. The only way to protect yourself as a seller when you ship internationally is to ship Express, fully insured. Express is the only international shipping method that includes the tracking Paypal requires as proof of shipment. Without it the buyer can file a claim for non-receipt and get all their money back AND keep the goods.

tjsttng - My point about your TOS is that it is worded in a very confusing way. If you have difficulty composing then check out some other people's auction TOS and mimic their wording.

Then how do I say about International cuz every country is different.

Say something like: "International: Please email for shipping quote."

Don't say "discount".

And instead of "It is the highest shipping and than $1.50 per auction you win."

You might want to say: "Winners of multiple auctions add $1.50 for each auction after the one with highest shipping."
