I am too miserable to sleep!

Do you have anything to help you sleep? Have any Tylenol PM, or nighttime cold stuff?

I don't want to take them. As I will throw them up and I am tylenol pm don't work. I need stronger dosage. I don't want nyqil as it upset my stomach.

Poor thing.

(Still firm believer in my plan ~Hot Bath ~Vicks all over chest and back, (big t-shirt to protect sheets,) ~Hot Chicken soup (homemade if ya can find someone to make it,) ~Tang with an Air Borne tablet dropped in it every four hours, (I make mine in a bottled water bottle,) ~Tylenol or Advil for headache and achey body, ~Additional tablet of Zinc, Vitamin C, & Cod Liver Oil once per day ~Extra blankies & turn up heater, Sweat it out! Been working for my family through cold/flu season for two years now, never sick for more than 2 days.)

There is an Herb called Vallerian Root, (do not buy in liquid form it is inedible,) this will help you sleep, if there is anyone around who can get it for you.
Don't know what it will do to your tummy tho.

I always say stick with 7-up and soda crackers when tum tum is icky...:0(

Wow! I have ac on but barely been on today. I would sweat big time and be more uncomfortable if I put heat on. I am in FL. I did take a bath and there is one that help and my mind said to do it again today. I hate chicken soup and it was believe that zinc made me threw up yesterday. Oh my weak stomach. It laying down that make me feel worse so I sit in my lazy down sitting upright. I am afraid to take something else with other medicine I am on. I am also on 2 other medicines.

I'm sooo sorry! Well I should have warned you zinc will upset stomach without food, and I didn't even think of it last night. Would not know with other meds, but better safe than sorry I am sure.

Are you coughing/soar throat/sniffles too or is it just the nauseau?

It is my chest feeling heavy, and coughing that munus come out BUT my lungs are clear and my stomach never got well from Zicam. And I hate it on full stomach. But every time I cough, I feel weaker. I can breathe fine thru my nose so that not a problem.

I had homemade before and I didn't like it. It have the taste, I am not sure if it is chicken broth or chicken paste or whatever.

lol ok well then no soup - Vicks is the best thing I know for congestion, that and the steam form a hot bath... there is no drug on the market that even comes close.
