International Problem!!

Apparrently he did not get my email.  This was the one I send awhile back in Feb and he did not get and just last week, I got it return and send it back out with revise address.  I hope it get to him.  He said he not get any email from me yet and I don't think products is going to be there yet as I just resend it Saturday.  He can't leave me negative as it pass the time.  His English is not good.  Here what he said

Teddies not yet there.Because no answers to my mail.Will value I negatively.

Someone advise to send email and let him know that is the last communication but if he not getting my email, should I send again!!  He always get my email.

If it's past the time where he can leave a negative, does that mean it's pass the time he can file a dispute?
If he can't file a dispute, I would say don't worry about it.

It's not a very good business practice, but he should have responded before now. How can you be sure he didn't receive it? How can you be sure he did?

This is why I don't deal internationally.

If you sent the email through eBay, then he HAD to have received it. Also, you should have a copy. It may be past time for him to file a dispute, but he has 90 days to file a negative...Has it been that long?
