What the heck!?!?

I went to toolhaus.org to check out mine listing and I say 30 days negative.  So I click on it.  It shows that I have 20 feedback for 30 days.  And negative = 1.0 bad point, Neutral = 0.667!  What does that means.  Look below!!

yeah, that gives you an idea of a seller's recent performance. The other will include OLD negatives.
