Shoes illegally sent via Media Mail---

I bought a pair of shoes here last week and they arrived today via Media Mail.  I'm not concerned about the fact that I paid for Priority (it plainly states PRIORITY in the Shipping & Handling section of the listing, both top and bottom) so much as the fact that it's just plain illegal to use media mail for anything other than media.

What would you do?  Ask the seller about it, report it to the USPS, or just leave it alone?  I'm happy with the product, happy with the speed of delivery, happy with everything except the fact that she abused the USPS's honor system and pocketed the difference.  This sort of thing is the reason why they're considering taking Media Mail away from us entirely.

Should I just enjoy my shoes and leave it on her conscience?  If I was to "tattle", who would I tell?
