In my previous blog, I asked some ethics questions and got some cool responses.  I am offering Mudcat a chance at any title I have in the store for a penny, if desired!

Is it ethical to:

Borrow a stock photo from a commercial product's site?  How about from another listing?

Use a photo that is a near duplicate to the item you are selling and pass it off as a pic of the item you are selling.

Use words in your title that are likely to hit searches, even though it may be a stretch to your item (Da Vinci Code type Italy map?)

Leave negative feedback for a messed up or undelivered item, even if the seller gave a refund?  Neutral?

Withhold feedback if they were slow to pay?

Make changes to your listing to snazz it up once you have a bunch of watchers?

Raise the price if you have lots of watchers?


Remember, it's not whether you've done it, but whether you find it ethical!

Again, the winner is the one whose answers most closely resemble the ones I would give.  Winner gets a chance to buy any title in my store for a penny!
