I bought a disney dvd on 9/7/2007. It was meant to be brand new and sealed but it wasn't either. It was clearly a fake, the colouring of the case was too green and dark. The disc was cracked and wouldnt play at all. I emailed the seller and she said she'd send me another but it never came. Now i want a refund but she wont reply to my emails and she has now closed her ebay seller account. How do I get my money back? Thank you for any help you can give me.
