Just a question....

We keep trying to get ahold of a buyer but we can't....we email and email him...but no luck...

wonder how to get this person with important info about their purchase?

if it is truly important you can request his contact information from ebay i do beleive.

I try Both the ebay address and their regular email address...if that fails then get contact info from ebay...some folks figure once they pay...they can ignore any ebay messages...good luck! :o)

Go to advanced search>contact member(on left). It'll give you a phone number. :)
