If you're thinking of buying a new computer, what ever you do DO NOT buy from PC Fixed Ltd of Warrington. I made the mistake of buying from then in January 08. The unit has just been returned to them for the third time, at my expense, after developing various hardware and motherboard faults. They did promise me a full refund, but they are now refusing to do this. Because the item was working when it was delivered, for all of five weeks, ebay cannot or will not get involved. This apart from the cost of the unit, has also cost me an additional £300 in independant reports, saving and storage of user files, return delivery, phone calls etc. This does not include compensation for waiting around for delivery, loss of business etc.

BE WARNED
