Until December 23, 2007 we had 100% positive feedback and more than 250 transactions on Ebay.  We lost our power on December 10, 2007 due to an ice storm for several days. When our power was restored, our DSL line for our Internet was not working properly.  The phone company came to our home twice to isolate the short on the line and repair the problem.  However, we live in Cannon, MI between the Pando and Cannonsburg Ski Resorts. Like our 3 neighbors, we use Rockford's Post Office. It's a very rural area and it was almost an entire month before our Internet at home was up and running again. During that time period, we had a great deal of difficulty contacting and paying sellers.  We were hesitant to use PayPal on our computers at work where we share them with other employees.  All sellers were eventually paid, but the late payments and lack of communication on our part resulted in negative feedback for the first time.
