FEEDBACK CHANGES

HELLO,

    WELL I KNOW MY DESCRIPTION WAS SHORT AND TO THE POINT... FOR THE MOST PART.

    I EVEN OFFERED CREDIT TO THIS PERSON WHO NEVER ASKED A QUESTION THEN DEMANDED THERE MONEY BACK WITH THREATS OF TELLING E-BAY OR MORE.

    YOU CAN NOT MAKE A PERSON LIKE THIS HAPPY... AND THEY DO NOT RESPECT MY POLICY.

    YOU PEOPLE AT E-BAY DO NOT ADDRESS THE PROBLEM I TELLING YOU AND IN FACT NOW MORE THAN EVER EVEN UNDERMINE ANY BUSINESS WHO IS TRY TO DO "ALL SALES FINAL" CLOSEOUT BUSINESS.

     FIRST. SHOULD I HAVE A NEGATIVE FROM THIS PERSON... NO... IT WAS THERE FAULT THEY ASKED NO QUESTIONS BEFORE AUCTION CLOSE AND THEY SAW THE ITEM.

     SECOND... I HAVE NO WAY TO REMOVE OR LEAVE EQUAL NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR THERE NOT ASKING QUESTIONS AND NO RESPECT FOR MY POLICY... EVEN WHEN I TRIED TO GIVE CREDIT.

      THIRD... NOW E-BAY REWARDS THE SELLERS WHO PUT UP WITH THESE TYPES OF PEOPLE. THE ONES WHO WANT REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON AND THE LOOKY LOOS, WHO RETURN NEARLY EVERY THING THEY BUY. IF I DO NOT GIVE FULL RETURN PRIVLEDGES NOW.
     
     I FEEL THAT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK LEFT TO ME FROM THESE TYPES OF BAD E-BAYERS/PEOPLE IS GOING TO HAPPEN AGAIN AS THEY DO NOT TAKE "ALL SALES FINAL" SERIOUSLY.

   I FEEL NOW E-BAY IS PLAYING FAVORITES WITH THIS NEW E-BAY DASHBOARD, WITH IT LOWERED OR RASIED SEARCH, IT IS PROOF OF THIS AND I GET TO SEE IT EVERY DAY.

   I WILL NOT CHANGE MY POLICY AND THINK IT IS NOT FAIR AT ALL THAT I CAN NOT LEAVE EQUAL FEEDBACK FOR THESE BUYERS.

   I FEEL E-BAY AGAIN IS KISSING THE REAR OF THE SELLERS WHO WILL BEND OVER AND TAKE RETURNS ON EVERYTHING... WHICH IS A HUGH WASTE OF TIME AND COSTS MONEY..!!

    E-BAY DOES NOTHING NOW TO HELP CLOSEOUT BUSINESSES THAT ARE "ALL SALES FINAL" IN THE FIRST PLACE AND I CAN NOT AFFORD TO WASTE TIME NOR PAY PEOPLE TO TAKE RETURNS AND MAILING BACK AND FORTH ECT.

    NOT WITH E-BAYS HIGH FEES.

  AGAIN E-BAY YOUR NEW POLICY IS NOT FAIR TO SELLERS... I NEVER LEFT ANY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR A BUYER WHO WAS POLITE AND ASKED QUESTIONS IN THE PAST... THERE WAS NO REASON FOR BUYERS TO FEEL THEY WOULD GET NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AND NOT BUY.

   THIS IS JUST E-BAYS UNFAIR LOGIC THAT ONLY HELPS THEM GET MORE MONEY AND GET SELLERS TO BEND OVER THEN REWARD THEM WITH AN UPGRADED SEARCH... ECT.... TOTAL UNFAIR... IT APPEARS E-BAY CARES MORE ABOUT BUYERS OPINIONS AND FEELINGS THAN THE SELLERS WHO PAY THERE FEES... SOLD OR NOT.

   IT APPEARS E-BAY ONLY WANTS PEOPLE OR BUSINESSES THAT CAN AFFORD TO GIVE REFUNDS, DO MAILINGS BACK AND FORTH AND GIVE FREE SHIPPING... ONLY THE RICH TRYING TO GET RICHER... AND I HOPE THEY DO NOT GET RICHER AND FIND THE LOOKY LOOS AND BAD E-BAY BUYERS LIKE THIS A LOSS, AS I HAVE.

   I WONDER HOW MANY SMALLER "ALL SALES FINAL BUSINESSES" ARE GOING TO LEAVE E-BAY BEFORE BEING FORCE TO CHANGE THERE POLICYS BY E-BAY.

   THIS NEW FEEDBACK CHANGE AND DASHBOARD PLAYING FAVORITES IS TOTALLY UNFAIR TO THE SMALLER SELLERS... AND SOMEONE IN THE LAW FEILD SHOULD LOOK AT THIS, AS WE PAY EQUAL FEES.

     AGAIN... SELLERS LIKE I DO NOT DESERVE THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THEY MAY RECEIVE FOR BEING "ALL SALES FINAL".

   WHAT WILL E-BAY DO ABOUT THIS... NOTHING USUALLY IT SEEMS... HOW ABOUT GIVING US BACK OUR ABILITY TO LEAVE FEEDBACK FOR BUYERS... I PROMISE NOT TO LEAVE BAD FEEDBACK FOR GOOD BUYERS..!!
