For Anyone Feeling "BROKEN"

What's YOUR Pet Peeve? Pray tell...

O.K. so here's mine:   I hate when people put indoor furniture outdoors. It reminds me of the beverly hillbilie's truck and I think it is getto looking and trashy. When I used to manage Apartment propeties, it drove me crazy to see couches, sofas or recliners in the front or back yards,  or kitchen charis! I wanted to adress the issue in our newsletter, but managemnet was afraid I migh offend someone. Are you kidding me??  WTH???? That is soooo TACKY~~jmo.  Sorry if that offends anyone..., but you can buy a plastic table & chairs at the Dollar General ppl and they are not that exspensive.  I mean if your gonna bring out the recliner to the yard,  why not bring the  t.v. and refrigerator outside too?  Heck, maybe even a porta potty, you could drink all the beer you wanted from the frig. and you wouldn't have to go far for relief.  What about the tub? Wouldn't want you to have to walk too far to bathe. O.K. maybe thats a little far, but you get my drift. LOL!

Now tell me what gets under your skin??  No squeeky sound the chalk makes on a chalk board either! lol

I need YOUR opinion, PLEASE?

What ever happened to family loyalty?  Does it even exist anymore?  In todays families there just seems to be so much dysfunction.  I know there are a lot of valid reasons why families part ways...but it just seems so sad that people, especially blood related siblings, parents and children can't rise above their differences and just get along and be supportive of one another. As siblings, do we really have to be so envious and jealous of each other? Mom likes so and so more,  cause she calls her daily!  Mom visits him but never visits at our house. He is Mom's favorite cause hes the baby and blah, blah, blah!  It seems so dang petty.

When I was going through those teen rebellion years...I took every opportunity to get away from family and sought refuge with my friends.  My friends were  "everything", and much more important that my family, I thought they would be my friends for life.  lol. Years later now, &  none of my old friends even stay in touch anymore. However, I don't really pursue them either. Furthermore, if I ever truely needed anything in my life, it seemed like my family was really the only ones that I could actually count on. The family was there for me.....long after my friends had let me down and vanished.  When real trouble came down the pike - the friends were no where in sight.   Imagine that.

My family is  still really close. However, my spouse's  family all back bite and gossip about each other, half the time they don't even speak.  If they are speaking they go out of their way to stir stinks.  You know what they say about a stink.....the more you stir it.... the more it STINKS!  Sorry,if I'm babbling....just venting!

So, What do you think? Do you think families owe it to one another to be loyal?  Do you think they should?  Why or why not?   : )
