USPS Fee Increase and Ebay Shipping Discounts

I heard that USPS fee increase was going to take effect in May 2008.  Has ebay received notice of any discounts added to seller's who are using ebay on-line shipping?  It would be nice if our rates could remain the same because of the volume of on-line postal sales that the USPS receives from us as a community.  I am sure that as a community we are paying someone's salary at the USPS.

I have not heard of any fee increases coming at the USPS.

It is about the middle of May, I believe. But I think everything is going up a bit and they are adding first class international as a choice with lower rates than what was previously available. This has been an issue for my store (others too, I am sure) since shipping to Australia and Europe has been so expensive.
