Most Recent Posts Postage labelsPosted Apr-29-08 15:47:12 PDT I have been having problems just recently when I print some, not all postage labels off. E.G. I have printed 3 off tonight (29th), after 11pm, but when I have looked at the labels, the Post By date is today 29th!! As the Post Office closes at 6:30pm each day, how could I possibly get it posted today, having only just printed off the label? I raised this a couple of weeks ago when it happened, through the Webform@Paypal team & got a response back telling me how I can cancel my label, which doesn't help - by this stage my parcels were all packed up, the label printed & all ready to take to the post office. Same as now, if I now cancel the ones I've just printed, I have paid for the ink & packing which will all have to be done again. Anyone else had this happen? I believe it must be a software blip, so have raised it as a query again tonight .... if I get a sensible response I'll post the reply. FeedbackPosted Apr-28-08 15:37:20 PDT I'm considering not leaving feedback, until after my buyers leave theirs. So often I leave lovely positive feedback for quick payment etc., then....nothing! I guess if the goods hadn't been received I would know about it, but it would be good to hear they're pleased and the stuff turned up after all your hard work packing them up so neatly! Does anyone else out there have this problem & would my not leaving feedback just make the matter worse? |
