Postage labelsPosted Apr-29-08 15:47:12 PDT I have been having problems just recently when I print some, not all postage labels off. E.G. I have printed 3 off tonight (29th), after 11pm, but when I have looked at the labels, the Post By date is today 29th!! As the Post Office closes at 6:30pm each day, how could I possibly get it posted today, having only just printed off the label? I raised this a couple of weeks ago when it happened, through the Webform@Paypal team & got a response back telling me how I can cancel my label, which doesn't help - by this stage my parcels were all packed up, the label printed & all ready to take to the post office. Same as now, if I now cancel the ones I've just printed, I have paid for the ink & packing which will all have to be done again. Anyone else had this happen? I believe it must be a software blip, so have raised it as a query again tonight .... if I get a sensible response I'll post the reply. |
