This company in Canada is about to keep my $180 for nothing.

I bought a lap top computer from them in December 2006. Soon after, I emailed them saying the equipment was defective and that the floppy disk they had promised as a bonus was missing.

They answered this:

as per ebay ad all sales are final, I will exchange unit of course for you

Please learn that for $20 USPS will deliver in 6 weeks as the soonest and won't trace the package.

3 months later, no money, no computer. I emailed them again and their answer was:

 "nothing came in, please do a trace on package"

Dude, They limited me to a $20 postal service. They should know by now USPS doesn't trace packages a that price or, maybe, They do know that very well.

Please also learn that credit card companies only despute charges within 60 days of purchase. This is the time it takes to begin to realize you have been robbed.

So it's too late even to leave a feedback in their page which would have been my last and rightful consolation, but oh well! I just hope somebody my be prevented from such upsetting situation by these words.

ps. I love shopping in a place where you get your money back , no questions asked. I think I'll shop that way for a long, long time.
