AHAA Dachshund Promotion July 12-22Posted Jul-18-07 18:20:58 PDT The Dachshund auctions are on in support of D.A.R.E. - Dachshund Adoption Rescue & Education. I am auctioning off original paintings from my series "Dachshunds in Hats." The series, to date, includes: No. 4, "Wet Paint!" Plein Air Painter Dachshund wears an artist's beret and stands on the artist's palette while holding brush in mouth. Listed in another current auction. No. 3, "Chef Dachsie" wears a chef's hat and holds a wooden spoon with heart. Listed in another current auction. No. 2, "Cowboy Doxie" wears a cowboy hat and, in true John Wayne style, saunters into Dodge with a wink, a stagger and a slow southern drawl. Listed in another current auction. No. 1, "Red Hat Dachshund" wears a broad-brimmed red hat with purple feather boa as a hat band. SOLD |
