It is still there......I REALLY want to pick it up. I am not going to though. I will look at this screen. I will just browse for a bit longer. Maybe I should go do the dishes. Man, it is just sitting there waiting for me to pick it up.......all alone on the sea of blue carpet. It is really bugging me.....OCD...my god, where did I get this from?! My friends call me Rain man now. I look forward to locking the door 27 times before I leave the house. I mean, I know people are quirky, I know there are people that are worse. It is just annoying sometimes. I will be right back....I need to get the vacumn Schools OutPosted Jun-05-08 05:40:36 PDT So school has one more day here and the kids will be home for the summer......JOY.....RAPTURE.....oh please don't misunderstand....I love my kids. We will have fun this summer. How long does it last? 3 weeks, 2? You know what I mean, before the real boredom sets in. I am a stay at home mother so does that answer your question? So let's get down to business and see what the real week by week breakdown is shall we? First week: Oh lot's of fun. We will stay up late. Play outside. Baseball games. Camp outs in the backyard. WHAT? you think I am going anywhere for 4 dollars a gallon?! I don't work remember? Second week: Still having a little fun. Riding bikes, running through the sprinkler. YES I AM CHEAP I only have a sprinkler. Third week: BASEBALL, maybe will splurge and do a little fishing. More bike riding. Maybe spend the night over some friends house. Mom might let them play a video game or two. Still staying up late, maybe camp out in the basement. Fourth week: Starting to get bored. The signs are all there. Hanging around me while I try to clean, cause it just gets messed up in about 20 minutes. Play with your siblings I say....nope not good enough. Fifth week: I will spare you this just because we all know what happens. I am screaming, they are crying and that whole wall of super strong velcro I had installed a week ago is going to come in mighty handy......... |
