Did you know that you can buy real estate in the Galagapos Islands in Ecuador?  I didn't know either until a recent trip to Ecuador where a real estate developer asked my company to check out what was going on there and potentially market the exciting properties!

There isn't a large amount of property or lots available in the Galagapos Islands and the lucky individuals who secure themselves some real estate there will do will long-term.  It is truly the most Pristine Real Estate in the WORLD!

And if your are 'GREEN-MINDED' - yet another reason to spend some time there...a place where true green-buildings and living can be found.  My friend there just installed his German manufactured Solar Energy Panels to provide electricity for his ENTIRE Galagapos Home!

The first question one may think of is 'is there Title' in Ecuador?  Yes - there are American Title companies that have a presence in Ecuador and using such a company can protect your investment.

Next question - What currency does Ecuador use?  Well, you might be shocked to find out...good ol' Americana currency...the U.S. Dollar!
