Baby dress after (Gothic Lolita/Punk Rock look!!)

I am trying out altering clothing and I must say... I really like it!!  Here are some pictures (before and after) of a skirt and sweater that I altered!  I'll be offering these in my eBay store just as soon as I receive the custom labels that I ordered!!  What do you think?

Sweater Before (Vintage wool sweater)

Sweater after (felted it, cut sleeves, neck and bottom then up the center, then zig-zagged around all raw edges to make it curl.  Added details!)

Hi everyone!  Well, the bazaar's that I participate in are over... thank God!  That is so much work and this year it really wasn't worth it.  Sales were WAY down.  Oh well.  So now, I'm concentrating on listing stuff on eBay... check out my store (the hand crafted/hand painted category especially).

Hey everyone! It's been awhile since I posted in my blog... I've been real busy building my inventory for holiday bazaars.  My daughter is going to be a senior in high school starting in just a few days so we have been getting senior pictures, school shopping, checking out colleges, etc.  And my birthday is coming up in September... the B---I---G........ 39!  Ha!  You thought I was gonna say 40 huh?  Nope, I've still got another year left before that one!!  Hope everyone's summer has been good so far!

Hope everyone has a safe and happy 4th!  The weather where I'm at is really warming up... it's supposed to be 102 tomorrow for the 4th and 110 by Thursday!  Yikes!
