Lightweight is the way to go. Mexican dresses, gauzy angel sleeve mini dresses and tops and long t-shirts look great with strappy sandals. T shirt dresses look great with high-top converse or with any sneaks for that matter. Keep the sneakers colorful. Bathing suit as tops are comfy and cool and will look presentable if the right suit and fit is worn. Be careful of anything too revealing since it will look "un-pulled together".
