Hello, All!  Just a note today, more later when the heat index rises again, I want to get outside while it is nice here. 

Well, it was bound to happen:  Got my first negative feedback...so sad.  I did all I could think of to do trying to make it right, but nothing except CASH would have made the buyer happy. 

I clearly state no cash returns, sell only used items, etcetc...some people just won't see what they choose not to see. Also, I had to wonder: the charge account wasn't in the buyer's name, she was thrilled upon arrival--until a couple of days AFTER receipt and the shipping address wasn't same address as on the card, etcetc...ah, shoot!, even the best of work still has its problems...guess occasional disappointments go EVEN with wonderful ebay stores!!

I also want to mention that HHI/ESC  now has its own page in the store and all who are HORSEPEOPLE should visit and check it out.  I would love to hear from you too.
