Turn off the TV, go to bed, turn off the TV, go to bed, turn off the.....*yawn* Sale disappointmentPosted Oct-11-06 20:56:53 PDT I bought the perfect sleeping bag for my wife here on Ebay. It was a first-time seller, slightly nerve-wracking, but we risked it and got a GREAT deal on, like I said, the perfect bag. Now I'm looking for one for myself in the same style. I found one on a premier camping website on sale for about 60% off, but when I went to the site today, it listed my size as "unavailable." I can get about 18 miles per gallon, which is pretty good. I'm looking into making biodiesel, so that would save even more! Any other diesel truckers out there? I think it's time to turn the computer over to Audrey. She keeps wanting to say stuff to you all when I'm reading the posts. So good-night. ExPENsivePosted Oct-10-06 17:58:10 PDT My father-in-law, who owns a campground 2 miles from the AT in New Hampshire, just told us that we should save $4,000 EACH, just for spending cash on the trail. He's been talking to a lot of thru-hikers as he gives them rides, etc. That's a LOT of money, way more than we expected! |
