The item arrived quickly, but they are WOMENS!!! Can you imagine a Marine going into combat wearing womens underwear??? Well, I'm sure stranger things have happened, and this may be acceptable for the Army or the Navy, but it ain't happening with this Jarhead!!! I will be deploying very soon, and have communicated this to the seller, as we only have a short time to correct this.... I have sent 3 emails to the seller to date inquiring about how he plans to make this transaction right, and have not received a response in 48 hours... If I do not receive a response today I will begin filing greivances with EBay & Paypal... hate to go that route, but the ball is in the sellers court.... communication means a lot to me, and this sellers ratings are starting to slip... If he gets back in touch with me in a timely manner with an offer to correct this transaction he can still earn positive feedback.... will update as the transaction progresses.... This is a wi-fi enabled camera that requires the software to setup the wi-fi access and the online photo album.... Contacted seller and they sent me a return shipping label and promised a full refund upon their receiving the item back. Item has been sent back. Will update if/when refund is received. If the refund is processed timely I wouldn't consider this a totally bad transaction, as shit happens... If they make things right, I'm cool with them and might consider buying from them again in the future.... Also purchased the extended warranty from SquareTrade, which I cancelled as soon as I returned the item. After winning one item I asked them how to get the discount, to which they replied to just email them for a combined invoice and it would reflect the discount. So, I bid on and won a 2nd item and sent them an email requesting the combined invoice. No reply... I sent them emails and msgs through Ebay every day for a week... No reply... They post an Unpaid Item Dispute, and I reply in the dispute that I need ther invoice... No Reply.... I post at least 6 more times in the dispute thread and contact Ebay asking for their help... No reply from the seller & a form letter response from Ebay on how to contact a seller to settle disputes... 10 days after the dispute started I finally get a response from the seller that includes the invoice, Ebay advises me to pay it.... I do so reluctantly... If communications with a seller are important to you, stay clear of "gamezforless" I am still waiting on my items, nervously I must add, because if they aren't to my satisfaction I seriously doubt I will ever get a response from this seller... BTW, the seller has 47 negative feedbacks in the last 31 days!!!! They will have 2 more if/when I receive my items!!! Buyer Beware!!! |
