PAYMENT

I accept Paypal, cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks from buyers within the United States. If paying with a personal check, please allow 7 days prior to shipment after I receive the check. Paypal, cashier’s checks and money orders will result in immediate shipping.

International buyers must use Paypal or U.S. Postal money orders. I WILL NOT ACCEPT AS PAYMENT FUNDS DRAWN FROM ANY BANK OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. These checks are extremely difficult, if not impossible to verify.

Please wait for my invoice to be sent before you enter payment. Entering payment before an invoice is sent may cost you money! If you have bought multiple items from me and pay what Ebay says you owe me, I can almost guarantee that it will be more than the actual charges.

SHIPPING

Buyer pays actual shipping charges and a handling charge of up to $1.50 to help offset the costs of shipping supplies. Insurance, if desired, is extra, but highly recommended for glassware, pottery & porcelain.

I will be glad to combine items to save on shipping. I will be glad to give an quote on shipping & handling of multiple items. If multiple items are purchased and they can safely be shipped in one box there will only be a single $1.50 handling charge added to your total. If I must use multiple boxes to get your items to you safely then there will be a handling charge of $1.50 per box. You will also get an invoice for each box.

I will gladly work with the buyer to use the least expensive way to ship an item. When you receive the invoice, if you have any questions about the shipping charges please email me and maybe we can come up with an alternative plan, i.e. using a padded envelope rather than a box.

I do ship worldwide. International buyers will be charged the actual shipping charges and the handling charge for that item.

The U.S.P.S. automatically insures all international packages sent Priority Mail International. The weight and size of the package determine the amount of insurance offered. Many times the insurance they offer is more than was paid for the item, consequently I do not usually offer insurance to international buyers. However, I will gladly send invoices with insurance included if so requested by the buyer.

TERMS OF SALE

I will send an Ebay invoice and an email to the winning bidder / buyer at the close of the auction or when notified of the purchase. PLEASE respond within 3 DAYS to one of these emails. I like to complete my auctions / sales promptly and it is very irritating to have to constantly send repeated reminders about payment. I expect payment to be made within 7 days of the end of the auction.

I have tried to describe this item as best as I possibly could. Make sure you look at all of the photos closely. I try to include as many pictures as is necessary to show my items. Sometimes it is hard to describe the item, so I will take multiple photographs from different angles. Items are not returnable unless I have not described it accurately or have failed to point out any damage. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Please email me with any questions you might have before placing your bid or purchasing this item.

If you receive your item and you are not satisfied, please contact me before entering feedback. I will work with you the best I can to ensure your satisfaction. I do accept returns however, you must contact me immediately upon receiving item & it must be returned within 7 days. Do not wash or remove security mark that has been applied to the item. I will not accept items for return if this mark has been removed. I will only accept items for return if I have not disclosed damage in my description or if item is not what has been described.
