The choice is satin ... satin ... satin ... I guess it going to be satin tableclothes for the wedding. Now for the decision whether to buy and resell or rent.  Will have to check out if cost effective. Everything is coming together ... after this decision is made onto the chair rental and lighting!

A lovely Southern gathering -- themed white, silver, icy blue -- a beautiful reception with blue lighted ambience!  Do you love the look ... it can be a dream come true!

The theme of this wedding will be white, silver, icy, and blue lighting to create the ambiance of a beautiful winter night .

I (the mom) have been purchasing items for my daughter's wedding over the last nine months -- all that is needed to have this wedding -- one that will be held at her selected venue. I have shopped and shopped and tried to obtain quality in all that I have purchased for this event.  Place settings, silver charger plates, flatware, water goblets, acrylic drinkware, portable bar, salt and pepper shakers, coffee urns, lighting, vases for the (16) arrangements, white on white string lighting, (4) four nine foot white trees which will be adorned with pearlized white eight inch ornaments -- silver chenille trimmed with white bows also will adorn the trees.  Feathered trees, conical silver trees, beaded opalescent beaded trees for accents. For the ceremony, we will have silver ribbons and white lanterns along with white and silver seashell kissing balls that will decorate each side of the aisle.

With six months to go; I have many other items that I am working on to obtain to make this wedding one to remember!

I am now in the process of gathering linens and napkins -- possibly white satin.  Lighting is going to be discussed in the next few months.

The details are going to be just exquisite -- from the diamond confetti, to the silver mirrored balls, to the lighting crackle glass vases -- and the pearl and silver ball bread baskets that will be placed on each table.  Many detailed add ons -- too many to mention. (Specialty decor with crepon material for the cake table, sign in, and gift table, head table, girl's room,  may be available too.) 

I have personally attended hundreds of weddings in the last nine years (employed with a photo/video company that has traveled all over Florida filming weddings) -- so I know what is out there to make a wedding come to life! Although, many were way too over my $$ budget; I decided to TACKLE this on my own and since my daughter didn't want the country club venue -- she wanted more freedom on who was to prepare the food and drinks, select her own waitstaff, etc. -- this has become my full time job this year!  When planning a wedding like this -- it is YOUR JOB (unless you hire a wedding coordinator)  to find these items for yourself; or rent them and allow someone to bring in the linens, flatware, china, etc.  Time is money; time will tell if I have done a good job this year and hopefully pass great savings onto someone looking for the same look at their special event!
