As per the description of my blog entry, this is an open letter apology to the three sellers I'd committed to buying from in the last few months.

You know who you are, and I still want to honor my committment to you if you still have the items, and are willing to give me another chance.  I take my promise to buy seriously, and apologize for what happened.  I now have PayPal, and can ensure you receive the promised payments.
