Clothing For Sale, Customer Service, Feedback, and much more!

Hello Everyone!

We have many new items up for sale, and many more to come!

Customer service is our #1 priority, please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Feedback is also very important to me!  I appreciate when a customer tries to work out any issues with me before leaving negative feedback!  I put 120% effort into each sale and want to make sure my customers feel satisfied with their purchases, and that your needs are taken care of!  I also love it when my customers leave feedback in a timely fashion.  I am working very hard at making a good reputation for myself and the store I plan on opening in the future.

Yet again, Another Buyer Beware...

I recently purchased some items through FunWearLingerie.

I sent them a money order, instead of using Pay Pal like I normally do.

I sent them a message telling them what date I would be sending out the payment, and also a message saying that payment was mailed.

A few days later an "Unpaid Item Dispute" was opened for one of the items.

I posted that payment was already mailed, gave them the money order #, and received a message saying, "10 days must be allowed for clearing."

I'm thinking, 'Wow that sucks but ok whatever.  No biggie"

It wasn't long after that, ANOTHER "Unpaid Item Dispute" was opened for the second item.

Again, I sent them the same information, got the same response.

I left neutral feedback.  I wasn't exactly happy with how long the transaction took, and the fact that I had already communicated with them, yet the Disputes were opened against me.

I posted nothing about the Disputes in the feedback, I just recommended to other buyers to pay with Pay Pal because it wouldn't go as slowly.

So now I am "blocked" from their auctions because I left "unjustified feedback".

Even though their comment on their page to my feedback, re-illustrates my point. Lol

Also on their "myworld" site, they claim it was a money order, but on mine they claim it was a check.

I left neutral feedback before they left me feedback, you know what I mean?

The feedback they left for me was positive, yet the seller personally attacked both my husband and I, claiming that we are "abusive, illiterate buyers."

So, needless to say I reported it to ebay.  Not only does the statement conflict with the postive feedback, it also seems to be a bit retalitory.

What professional behavior from a seller to personally attack their customers!

My entire intention was just to let other buyers know how to have a smoother, faster transaction with the seller.

It was not any kind of attack on the store.

At least I can say my feedback was honest.

Just a word of caution for any who wish to do business with FunWearLingerie, use Pay Pal.

It will probably work out better for you.

NEW ITEMS FOR SALE!!!

I am very excited to be selling these records!  They were passed down to me from my Father when he passed away.

It took me a long time to price them, I did a lot of research on a whole bunch of different sites.

I looked at records in the same condition and wrote down the prices, averaged them all out and Wha-La!

It was an extremely time consuming project but well worth the effort.

Most of these albums were purchased the year they came out.  Like, The Beatles "Yellow Submarine"

These are great deals for the age and condition of the albums, my Dad took really good care of his records.  He kept most of them in metal cases.  All of the vinyls (except for 1) are in perfect condition.  Amazingly after 20-40 years there is not any warping to the vinyl!

Check them out and Happy Bidding!

Why you should not buy from skullsdogtownskateshop

in addition to sexually harassing me, threatening me, and otherwise creating a hostile environment, skullsdogtownskate shop leaves feedback saying that my husband and i do not pay.

this is false information and you will understand this after reading what is posted below.

just to let everyone know what kind of person you are dealing with when you buy from him i am going to post (censored) copies of emails i have received to my personal email account so that others can be aware.

this will be in order from start to most recent:

attitude can really effect business.  i sent you a message today to let you know i was planning on purchasing some more items from you.  i also apologized for not communicating that fact with you sooner.  i though you understood that i was going to pay for the item when i was done shopping with you.  i am currently watching 2 items:  a static x t-shirt and another infant outfit.  at this time the latest ending aution is still 9 days away.  payment through paypal will be sent promptly as soon as this auction ends, as i understand you offer shipping discounts for multiple items.  i am still planning on paying for this item.  if this is not good enough i suggest a mutual withdraw request.  it is up to you, whether you want to make more money or not.  please let me know what your decision will be.  i have forwarded this email to ebay customer support.
thank you for your time,

hello,

its bad for bussiness when people dont pay ! our store offers 48hrs from payment ! we dont offwe combined shipping ! part of the price of each otem is included in the shipping and handleing price ! ebay says that it you do a buy it now wich you did on the baby onsie imediate payment requiered ! so you been to pay for your onsie ! by the way after 7days of non payment it goes on your enay recored ! ebay already opened a unpaid item dispute. you have put us off 9days so just pay for what you bought !

eric and denise hinkley <user email address> wrote:
i would like to inform you of a few things that you need to clarify on your listings.  first of all, the item was "buy it now" obo.  i submitted my offer which you accepted.  i am new to ebay.  as i have learned, as both a seller and a buyer, there is not always immediate payment required when using the "buy it now" function.  this sounded strange to me at first.  i use turbo lister 2 to list my items and there is a separate box to check "immediate payment required when using buy it now feature."  secondly, there is no statement in your listing that says when you expect to receive payment for the best offer.  even if you don't offer shipping discounts, it would still be to my benefit as your customer to have all of my items on one bill.  at this point i am requesting a mutual withdraw from the item because i have never had this much problem and attitude from a seller.  i am still shopping with other seller's that i have already won an auction and not paid.  they seem to think it is great and even inform me of when they are posting new items.  i know from personal experience that being in the customer service industry is challenging and i also know from being a seller that some people on ebay do not ever pay.  i am very offended that you sit back and judge me and claim that i am one of these people.  i no longer wish to do any business with you and your store, again, i am requesting a mutual withdraw as it seems you are unwilling to compromise.
thank you for your time,
denise hinkley

your a f**king bum you never paid us ! thats the f**king problem ! the problem is f**kinh you ! dont blame us ! why do you think that ebay opens a dispute agaimst automaticly at 7 days ! becasue when you buy it you pay for it ! this isnt we give you credit to pay when you want ! you buy it then pay for it !

at which point i told him very bluntly and not nicely to shove the item up his rear because he is being a jerk.  i'm not too proud of the way i responded but one person can only take so much.  i was his customer.  imagine walking into wal-mart and having the cashier yell at you like this!  It gets worse:

at this point my husband got involved because he was furious, like any husband would be that someone was sexually harassing his wife!  he told skullsdogtownskateshop that he didn't need to talk me like that (only not in so nice of words) and that there would be consequences for doing so.

in the dispute i requested a mutual withdraw.  the user continued to nag about payment after i had already informed him that if he couldn't accomodate us, and some middle ground could not be met, i wanted a mutual withdraw.  neither of us were happy with the transaction.  but he was thinking he was going to damage my ebay account.
further messages were left in the dispute area, and he was actually counting the days that i had not paid.  I really thought he had gotten the hint but as it turns out, he was just out to damage my reputation on ebay by leaving an unpaid item strike on my account.  I posted a message telling him that i was not going to be giving my money to someone who treated me like that.  Like i really spelled it out this time.  then he claims not to know what i am talking about!  what a laugh!  i started posting his emails in the dispute, and all the sudden instead of continuing to count the days he closed the dispute.  an unpaid item strike was left on my account which i immediately appealed, forwarded the emails, and ebay immediately removed the unpaid item strike.  my husband and i tend to shop by user.  this is just more convenient for us because we can have all of our items in one package.  we are both full time students, he works, we have a 7 month old baby and only one car.  it would have just been more convenient for us to have everything shipped in one package because we are very busy and pay for shipping so that it arrives at our house.  not so that we can go to the post office to pick it up because the mailperson has tried to deliver 2 other packages so many times, and not to find time to drive 30 minutes to the nearest UPS location to pick other packages up. as a buyer, i really don't think that is a lot to ask.  furthermore, business practice is to accomodate your customer, not cuss them out, sexually harass them and otherwise treat them like dirt.
i informed the seller that i have reported him and forwarded his emails to ebay and to his ISP.  he is also an affiliate of dogtown skateboards and i reported him to that company, as well as businessreports.com and his local better business bureau.  shortly, i will be following up with dogtown skateboards, and also reporting him to the FCC and FTC.  my husband and i were advised by both ebay and his isp to file a police report, and we have contacted a lawyer for legal advice.  he sent me and message through ebay, laughing at me because i had the unpaid item strike, to which i replied that they removed because of his behavior.  at this point i thought it was over and then i received another email to my personal email account from this person:

i have reported you to ebay, yahoo, dogtown skateboards, businessreports.com, and your local better business bureau.  i am also going to report you to the fcc and the ftc.  i am filing a report with my local police department and have contacted a lawyer.  you have violated federal law.  you still continue to contact me which is further harassment.

it is funny because he is actually the one who is committing feedback extortion but is trying to tell me i am!  he is trying to intimidate me in to retracting the feed back that i left because in my comment i stated how i was sexually harassed.  in the feedback extortion page it says nothing about this and ebay's live help customer rep i spoke with said that there was no need to worry about it since he is the one who is causing the problem.  i just posted that because i think it is important that other buyer's know what they are getting into as long as this person still has their ebay store.
on top of this, this person has my personal email address AND MY HOME ADDRESS.  i doubt that he will make a trip from california to michigan but harmful things can be sent through the mail and email.  due to his behavior, i would not put it past this person to do something like that!this leaves me with a feeling of unsafety.  it is a very unfortunate event and i hate that this had to happen.  my intention is not to be hateful to someone, but i am putting this blog out there so that others are informed about this person.  hopefully, it will help others, so they do not have to deal with this type of situation.  everyone who buys and sells on ebay should not be made to feel disrespected, violated, and unsafe.  likewise, sellers have no right to treat their customers like that and harass them especially after the issue is long over.
peace be with all of you, and be aware if you choose to purchase from this seller.

Horrible eBay Sellers....Have you had a similar experience?

Hey everyone!

Have you had any EXTREMELY BAD experiences with sellers?

I swear some people lack common courtesy and the ability to deal with people these days.

My recent experience with a TERRIBLE seller started out like this:  there was an unpaid item dispute that ebay filed.

Things have been kind of crazy around here lately.  My husband works and I stay at home with our 7 month old son, we are also both full time students!  Our 1 yr anniversary recently passed and we were out of town without computer access for a while to celebrate.  This particular seller (who will remain un-named) started leaving nasty emails to my PERSONAL EMAIL account.

He started out being rude because we had yet to pay for the item we won.  I explained to him that I was still waiting for some of his auctions that I was going to bid on to end, and I wanted to combine shipping.  He said that his store does not offer shipping discounts because part of the price of the item is in the shipping cost.  I didn't think that was allowed.

I replied and said that I would prefer that it would be all on one bill, so that way my husband and I would not have to wait for multiple packages to be delivered, which would be difficult for us, being full time students.  Basically it would be more convenient for us to do it that way.  Why sell 1 item when you can sell 3?

The seller started to get more of an attitude.  Started swearing, calling me names, f this, and f you.  Finally I just snapped and I told him I was trying to be nice and genuinely trying to work it out with him, and started swearing myself.  After I cooled down I realized I should not have had that attitude with him, it actually put me down to his level, which I really regret.  One person can only take so much, you know?

Then he started sexually harrassing me.  When my husband got home from work and found out what had been going on, he was EXTREMELY upset, as most husbands would be.  He sent the seller a message to the effect of, "Don't talk to my wife like that!"  Only emotions were running high and didn't say it in such nice words.  The seller replied with more sexual harrassment stating and I quote: "No I can f**k your wife in front of u and she will get the bigest best c**k she's ever had ! But u would like watching that huh ? Are u involved with c**k s**kers anonymous ?

I logged on to live chat and spoke with a customer service specialist.  She suggested that I report the user because ebay does not promote that type of behavior and that it would be investigated.

We are also considering legal action.  We may end up sueing him.  Sexual harrassment over a onesie we bought for our son!!!  Things got way out of hand!!!  I think of selling/purchasing items from other ebay members as almost the same as walking into a store or going to a garage sale.

As a seller, I try to be as flexible as possible and work with buyers because a good reputation is important to me.  If there was some kind of dispute, I certainly would not get my "panties in a bunch" about it.  I guess some people just do not have patience.  If everything was in one package it would be far easier to receive the items.  If it were to be sent through UPS, we would have to drive 30 minutes to the nearest location in order to pick up the package ourselves.

As a seller, I think it is great to work out something that is convenient for your customers.

After I realized there would be no way to work this out, I requested that the seller put in a mutual withdraw request.  I am not giving my money to someone who calls me names, cusses me out, and sexually harrasses me!

He is refusing to do that, now I will have a bad mark on my account because this seller is a jerk.  I reported him to ebay and hopefully he gets kicked off for that.

I'm sure we are not the first people to experience sexual harrassment from this seller, and probably will not be the last unless ebay does something about it!  The seller's behavior not only reflects badly on ebay.

Has anyone else had any experiences like this?  Please post to this, I would really like to know (please do not leave seller names, of course).  Did you report them?  How did ebay take care of it?

Thanks everyone,

Denise (and Eric)

Jimi Hendrix Kiss The Sky Out of Production

This was one of my Father's favorite albums.  It looks brand new!  I am sad to be parting with this item!  Why are you parting with it then? you may ask, and my reply would be because I have almost every Jimi Hendrix album on vinyl and most on CD.  I decided to keep the albums that meant the most to me and my Father together.  For example, he used to put headphones on my mother's stomach and play Electric LadyLand.  Wouldn't part with that one for a ka-jillion dollars!  No no no no no!  That one will be passed down to my son, when I am no longer here.  I was really quite astounded when I researched the item and the price it was going for!  I didn't realize it was worth that much, nor did I know that it was out of production!  Please take the time to contact me further if you are thinking of bidding on this item.  It is challenging to get a good detailed picture of a record but I will do my best if you would like to see more of it!

Thanks for visiting my blog!

Denise
