CLOUDS HAVE TO BE CIRRUS, AT LEAST 20K FEET IN THE AIR, WITH JUST THE

RIGHT AMOUNT OF ICE CRYSTALS AND THE SUN HAS TO HIT THE CLOUDS AT PRCEISELY 58 DEGREES.

Just sitting out here on the patio this morning having a cup of coffee.  Enjoying the sun peak up over the mountains with a lovely blue sky, whispy white clouds and a slight tinge of pink in the sky.

For today, smile at a stranger - do something nice for your neighbor - be kind when dealing with a teenager.  We impact the lives of others everyday, sometimes we are not even aware of our impact.

Hi All,

Just wanted to give a public congratulations to my very dear friend and Mentor John.  As a new official to the USA Junior Olympic scene, a few years ago,  John took me under his wing and taught me a great deal.  He has been a wonderful mentor and friend.  I dare say he isn't even aware how much his advice, pointers, mentoring and friendship meant to me. 

He just acheived a WONDER-FUL milestone in the world of Professional Volleyball Officiating.  He acheived a PAVO (Professional Association of Volleyball Officials) NATIONAL Rating this weekend.

WAY TO GO JOHN !! I am proud of you !!!

Hope everyone is well !!! I am finished with Volleyball tournaments for the weekend ! It was great fun, but I am pooped !!!

So, now here I sit at my computer wondering what all my blogging buddies have been doing the past few days ! Give me a shout ! Hope you all have a WONDER FUL evening. Man, I gotta catch up on laundry too !

This is a quick hello, as I have to travel to the great Palmetto State here in a few minutes.

First Women's College Tournament of the Season (at least for me)!!! Woo Hoo !! Can just feel the excitment brewing in the air now.

I will miss ya'll today but will try to catch up with you later. Ya'll all be good to each other today, SMILE, SMILE, SMILE and impact someones life today in a postive manner. You never know what good a SMILE can do. Your Smile may be the connection to another human that someone desperately needed this day !!

Here is a Foggy SunRise over the Mountains for ya'll this morning. I will be driving over that mountain in just about an hour !

Hello to all,

I hope this finds you having a glorious day !!

We have a new addition to our Family.  My youngest son, surprised me yesterday evening with a new PET SNAKE - Yikes !  His older brother, the Marine, purchased it (as we don't know if 'it' is a male or female yet) for him.

I can honestly say I have never been a great fan of snakes.  I know they are one of God's creatures and they are harmless (the non venomous variety).  But they still give me the Willy's.  My son proudly held him up to me and said "Want to hold him, Mom?" the answer was a resounding "NO, thank you son"

I have been busy, busy, busy this morning shipping out purchases (In this world of eBay that is a very good thing) ! 

I find myself fascinated though and as I am working I find myself wandering into my son's bedroom and peeking in on the snake. I am not sure if it just to verify that 'Yes, he still is in his aquarium and hasn't escaped' or some other fascination !

This new addition should prove interesting. I'll keep you posted.

It is a gorgeous Thursday Morning here in my lovely corner of the world. The sun has risen, the birds are singing the squirels and bunny rabbits are scampering around the yard. I am having a French Van Latte on the patio and all is well with the world !

Sometimes, when I post here on the blogs, I have a screen where I can easily adjust the font style and size and have a 'view source' box to check when inserting html. However, sometimes, like this morning. I don't have that ! Is it just me ? I checked in the settings to see if there is something I am supposed to do but can't find it. If you know, will you share? Thanks.

I think it is much easier reading when we can change the font size and style and I am such a novice at html, I don't know how

Good Morning to all from Tennessee !!!

Just wanted to share with ya'll the beauty of the day.  My Boys and I love to hike on the Weekends, this is one of our favorites !  You can't get much better than that.  Mom and boys hiking together (Life Is Good) !  It is WONDER-FUL to spend that time with them, making memories.

Hello to all my fellow Bloggers,

I hope all is well with you all.  I have seen little of ya'll the past few days, I had a few emails asking 'where are you'.  Well I thought I would share with you all. 

In my life away from eBay, I am a Professional Volleyball Official --- Woo Hoo --- How fun is that?  IT IS A BLAST, I love every minute of every Game and every Match.  I officiate High School, College (NCAA, Div I & II & NAIA) and USA Junior Olympic Volleyball.

The High School season started just this past weekend and the college season starts this week. 

Wow, I have a match (either high school or college) almost every evening until the end of the season.  High School ends the end of October and College ends the first part of December (for the most part).  The NCAA Final 4 is in the middle of December.  Great Fun !!!

So I will see ya'll here in the mornings and mid day not in the evenings, unless it is late, like now. LOL

I hope everyone enjoys what they do in life as much as I now do !!  

I thought I would post a pic here for those of you not overly familiar with Volleyball.  Although it is not me in the pic, this is what I do....no not the nimble young lady playing the game.  The one in the white shirt & navy pants standing up there in the background !! LOL
