At the top of my THANKFUL List is MY FAMILY ...
I am so very
Thankful for all the members of my Family. I spend lots of time with
my family and I love the time I spend with my family.
I realized
at Thanksgiving Dinner that my Nieces and Nephews are all growing into
wonderful Young Men and Women right before my eyes.
I have made
a promise to myself ...... Being THANKFUL for my Family is something I
will actively show ... not just pay lip service to. I commit to spend
more time with my Nieces and Nephews ... I have 3 Nieces and 3 Nephews
and 1 Great Nephew. I will spend quality time with at least 2 of them
each week.
This afternoon and evening I spent with one of my Nieces ... she is a lovely young lady .... a Senior in High School.
We
went to see BEOWULF in Digital 3 D !! We got to wear cool 3D glasses
and everything. She will receive Extra Credit in her English class for
having attended. Woot, for the extra credit !!!
Then we went to
dinner at Chili's where we had a marvelous conversation about her plans
for the future (post graduation). Our handsome young waiter snapped
our picture with my cell phone ......
We had a lovely and wonderful time just being together.
Remember to Love and Honor your family ..... Make time to spend time with them!
