It seems that neutrals are no longer being registered as negatives....is this true?

Looking for both negative and positives of the newest changes?

 

Which do you use & why?

I am so sick of buyers threatening because I can't give negative feedback and they can destroy my percentage. I have no recourse but to send them their items and money. I am tired of giving items for free. I give up.

I don't get it. Neutral and negative should not be the same. Again, something unfair to sellers.
