I am not sure I understand this new rating. How are Sellers supposed to rectify any possible problems if we don't know what the lower star ratings are coming from.   For example  - if you have 4 star rating on shipping and handling charges, is it because buyers feel you are overcharging (even if you are charging accurate and correct postage & not handling charge)?  Are buyers not aware of accurate postage charges? Are buyers upset with USPS and taking it out on Sellers?   I as a buyer will probably only rely on the feedback comments more than the star rating.  If you have one disgruntled buyer, it could really put a kink in the star system. I would love to know other Sellers' thoughts on this. Thanks.
