Most Recent Posts ANOTHER ? FOR EXPERIENCED SELLERS...Posted Feb-14-08 19:23:23 PST Hi, Can you folks let me know what you would do... I sold a pyrex item and shipped it, wrapped in bubble wrap and carefully padded in a priority mail box marked fragile. The item arrived broken. The customer wants a refund, but my return policy clearly states that I do not accept returns for items damaged during shipping. And the buyer declined to purchase optional insurance. She says most ebay sellers would refund the money. I feel I wrapped the item well and do not want to refund the money. How do others cope with this issue?

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU SINCERELY, CAT QUESTION FOR EXPERIENCED SELLERS...Posted Feb-13-08 04:11:22 PST Hi there all, As a newbie, I see that the post (USPS) takes a lot longer than I thought it would shipping cross country. I am worried about buyers not receiving items or saying they haven't received items... Has this been a problem for anyone? Should I use tracking on every item? Is is expensive? I am selling mainly low price items, so keeping my costs to a minimum is important. Still, any advice would be helpful!
Thanks. Life with the PETSPosted Feb-02-08 06:28:14 PST Good Morning All, Does anyone else get up super early, because their pets force them out of bed? My cat must have jumped on the bed ten times by four o'clock this morning...meowing all the way. And, the goofy pooch was pacing, cross-legged. I thought having pets was supposed to be relaxing! Good heavens. |
