ANOTHER ? FOR EXPERIENCED SELLERS...Posted Feb-14-08 19:23:23 PST Hi, Can you folks let me know what you would do... I sold a pyrex item and shipped it, wrapped in bubble wrap and carefully padded in a priority mail box marked fragile. The item arrived broken. The customer wants a refund, but my return policy clearly states that I do not accept returns for items damaged during shipping. And the buyer declined to purchase optional insurance. She says most ebay sellers would refund the money. I feel I wrapped the item well and do not want to refund the money. How do others cope with this issue?
