Hi, I need to receive payment by March 31, 2008. If I don't have payment by then,I am relisting the item. And I will leave appropriate feedback. I'm not sure how much you know about all this, but she has had plenty of time to contact me herself and she even contacted me asking about shipping and other things. On my listings I only ship to the United States and it says that on there, but she bidded on this item anyways. I told her I would ship to her in Austraila but she would have to pay the shipping price. I have already wasted my time going to the post office once to see how much it would be to ship it to her. I have done everything that I can for her. If she can't pay for the item herself, then someone needs to let me know. If you want to pay for the item for her and then get the money back from her you can. I just need to have a confirmed address from PayPal where to ship the item. Please let me know what you will be doing, otherwise I will be waiting on the payment by March 31, 2008. Thanks

Hi there!
I am her cousin and trying to sort out all this mess whilst she is in hospital. She is a good, honest person and even in the state she is in she is still worried and anxious to pay the money owed on eBay and apologises for my aunt for being so rude. My cousin could have easily let things go unpaid but as I stated, she is an honest person and keeps the promises she makes.
I can pay for the item for her but I don't get paid until the 2nd of April (the 1st for yourself), would you be willing to wait an extra day?

Hi there!
Thank you for responding. I have taken over her eBay, PayPal and email account with her permission. I have added my credit card to her PayPal account so it will be using her confirmed home address, not mine. I am house-sitting for her until she gets home from the hospital and her daughter who is her full-time carer is going to take care of everything from then on as she has enough on her plate at the moment dealing with the hospital and doctors.
In short, it's the same PayPal account Carmen uses and as I understand it it should only show her confirmed address. If there's any questions please feel free to get in contact again!

Hi, Ok I'm am done dealing with you. I already refunded your money and I am relisting the item. I'm sorry but I have done everything that I can for you and you have not helped me at all. First I agreed to send it to you in Australia when my listings say that I only ship to the United States. I wasted my time going to the post office once to find out how much it would be to ship it to you. Then you tell me there is an emergency and won't be able to do anything for 2-3 weeks, but somehow 7 or 8 days later you are taking care of everything once again? Besides the fact on my listings I state that payment should be sent within 3 days of when the auction ends. I gave you til March 31, 2008 and that wasn't good enough for you. Your "cousin" needed until April 2nd (the 1st for me). Once again I agreed to wait that extra day. I told you numerous times that I only ship to a confirmed address and my listings state that also, but you never once listened to me, because when you sent your payment to me it was an UNCONFIRMED ADDRESS. I'm sorry but I can't keep getting the run around from you. Please don't bid on my items again.

Well, this is her cousin whether you'd like to believe it or not. And as far as PayPal's 'Confirmed address', I have just learned that it does not work in Australia, only the U.S. You did not know? Funny how you're the only person who seems to have a problem with this. As far as wasting time - I paid on her behalf and it was your decision to refuse the payment therefore it is you who has decided to waste your time, not Carmen nor I, though she did appreciate that you were willing to ship outside the U.S. and for the patience at the time. It is a shame that you decided otherwise at the end and don't worry, I'll make sure she never bids on any of your items again after this, she'll be taking her business elsewhere.
